It is with stewardship respect that indigenous citizens have gathered and founded an Original Indigenous Peoples Court with a Grand Council; and, within this matrix exists the associate OIP Courts; as may arise within certifiable indigenous territories of custom and tradition. The CSQQN DS is an example of a Divisional Seat; as endorsed through Kwa'mutsun Nation / sovereign declaration [ similar to Rocky Mountain Cree Nation].
OIPC performs its responsibilities through the eyes of these specific customs and traditions as have evolved within the social domestic realm since the beginning of time.
