The OIPC International is established through the Rules of Custom & Tradition as established within the recognized territory under consideration.
The Original Indigenous Peoples Court claims paramount jurisdiction to determine dispute matters where the claimants have qualified the complaint as being one of Custom Law, as opposed to an institutional, imposed domestic law that exists through an imposed alien regime; and, or, where the Original indigenous Peoples have freely, through an informed, general and majority consent agreed upon a governance system through which to conduct decision-making on behalf of the enfranchised populace.
